Three actions, not one
Inspect, Clean and Replace are separate chart instructions. A seller's “service” label cannot safely collapse them.
Exact-model maintenance evidence
The current Pakistan charts do not support one universal “air filter change” interval. They use different Inspect, Clean and Replace actions by exact model—and shorter service when the motorcycle is used in unpaved conditions.
Direct answer
Use the exact model's chart action—not a generic kilometre. CD70 and CD70 Dream alternate Clean and Replace through 11,000 km. Pridor and CG125 show Clean at every displayed 3,000-through-11,000-km checkpoint. CG125 Self, CG125 Gold and CB125F show Clean at each displayed 4,000-through-20,000-km checkpoint. CG150 and CB150F show Inspect at 4,000, 8,000, 12,000 and 20,000 km and Replace at 16,000 km.
Method is model-specific. This guide intentionally does not tell you to wash, use compressed air, apply oil, use petrol or solvent, or substitute an element. Element construction, cleaning permission, sealing, orientation and replacement application must come from the exact current service procedure and parts information.
Current model matrix
The 1,000-km air-cleaner cell is blank in all nine reviewed petrol charts. The rows below reproduce only the displayed actions; they do not invent a repeating interval after 11,000 or 20,000 km.

What the charts establish
Inspect, Clean and Replace are separate chart instructions. A seller's “service” label cannot safely collapse them.
Blank is not permission to inspect, clean, replace or postpone a condition-based check. It means no air-cleaner action is printed in that cell.
The reviewed Atlas Honda schedule note calls for service at shorter intervals in unpaved-area use, but it does not print one replacement kilometre for every model.
A chart letter does not identify the element material or cleaning technique. The current exact-model service procedure and part application control.
Private chart finder
Choose the motorcycle, enter the current odometer and identify ordinary or unpaved/dust-heavy use. The result cannot prove an earlier job was completed, diagnose a symptom or authorize a cleaning method.
Exact-source workflow
Record exact model, variant and year before using a chart.
Use the current operation guide for that motorcycle.
Inspect, Clean and Replace are different; blank is none of them.
Unpaved or dust-heavy use can require an earlier service route.
Check element, housing, sealing, ducts and contamination evidence.
Do not guess cleaning medium, pressure, oiling or fitment.
Diagnose the full fuel, air, ignition and engine route competently.
Retain odometer, action, findings, part, invoice and job card.
Symptoms are not diagnoses
Honda identifies reduced air supply as one possible contributor. Fuel delivery, ignition, compression, adjustment, load and other conditions can overlap.
An air-cleaner inspection may be relevant, but a symptom does not prove the element is the cause or establish the correct service action. Use the separate carburetor and idle-speed chart and symptom route before treating the same observation as a fuel-system adjustment instruction.
Air restriction may matter, while tyres, chain, brakes, load, route, riding pattern, fuel and engine condition also influence consumption.
Stop improvised service. Incorrect element application, damaged housing, sealing gaps or dirt entry require exact-model parts and competent inspection.
Protect the engine from debris. Do not run the engine without the correct complete element installed. Prevent dirt from entering the intake, and do not use a cleaning or replacement technique unless the exact current procedure supports it.
Primary sources
The documents and pages below were reviewed on 29 August 2026. A newer exact-model operation guide, service document, parts catalogue or written authorized specification controls when it differs.
The nine petrol-model maintenance tables establish every displayed I, C, R and blank cell reproduced in the matrix. Each row links directly to its reviewed exact-model guide.
The reviewed chart note says to repeat the displayed sequence as odometer readings increase and to service at shorter intervals when riding in unpaved areas. It does not print one universal substitute kilometre.
Honda explains that the element removes atmospheric dust and impurities and that restricted airflow can affect acceleration, hill climbing, idling and fuel consumption.
Honda says air-cleaner element types and service timing differ and that the exact motorcycle's maintenance schedule controls. Service should occur before symptoms become the trigger.
Frequently asked questions
Clean at 3,000, 7,000 and 11,000 km; Replace at 5,000 and 9,000 km. The 1,000-km cell is blank.
Yes in the reviewed chart: Clean at 3,000, 7,000 and 11,000 km; Replace at 5,000 and 9,000 km.
Clean at 3,000, 5,000, 7,000, 9,000 and 11,000 km. No replacement action is printed in the displayed row.
Clean at 4,000, 8,000, 12,000, 16,000 and 20,000 km. No replacement action is printed in the displayed rows.
Inspect at 4,000, 8,000, 12,000 and 20,000 km and Replace at 16,000 km.
No action is printed in the reviewed air-cleaner rows at 1,000 km. Blank is not Inspect, Clean or Replace.
The Atlas Honda note calls for service at shorter intervals in unpaved-area use but does not state one universal substitute kilometre. Arrange an earlier exact-model inspection.
No. Those are reasons to inspect the complete system, not a remote diagnosis. Fuel, ignition, compression, adjustment and running-gear conditions can overlap.
No. It runs entirely in the browser, stores nothing and transmits nothing. It does not authorize a cleaning method or project beyond the displayed chart.
Starting overlap
Use the exact-model no-start route before assigning an air-cleaner action. The inspection must still separate fuel, ignition, electrical, valve-clearance, compression and recent-service evidence.
Need an exact-model intake inspection?
Ask the workshop team to record the exact chart action, element and housing findings, part application, sealing condition, work completed and next source-defined checkpoint.
Abnormal-heat boundary
Airflow and element condition may be part of trained inspection, but unusual heat, power loss, smoke or burning smell can cross fuel, oil, electrical, exhaust and mechanical systems. Start with the exact-model overheating and smoke route; use this page only for the published Inspect, Clean or Replace action.
Exhaust-smoke evidence route
Preserve the exact chart row and observed element condition here, then use the exhaust-smoke guide for source, timing, density, fuel smell, running behavior and recent-work evidence. Do not replace or modify an element from colour alone.
Bang, silencer pop, stumble or ‘misfire’? Use the exact-model backfire and popping evidence guide to preserve start, idle, acceleration or deceleration timing while avoiding a sound-only carburetor, spark-plug, valve, mixture or exhaust diagnosis.
Weak pickup, hesitation or sudden power loss? Use the exact-model pickup and power-loss evidence guide to separate engine response from power transfer, final drive, rolling resistance and operating context before anyone guesses a fuel, ignition or engine part.
Official spare-parts price reference
Use the Atlas Honda genuine spare-parts price guide for all 13 products visible in the official category on 1 September 2026, their exact CD70 or CG125 application wording and a private inquiry-preparation tool. The PKR 140–3,550 displayed range is not a fitment, stock, labour, delivery or final-quote promise.
Rain and washing care
The Honda motorcycle washing, rain and water-care guide covers the official low-pressure wash sequence, hot-part, brake, chain, intake, exhaust and electrical boundaries, separate ICON e handling and a private exact-model exposure finder. Deep water, pressure washing, no-start, changed braking or an electrical warning is an inspection route—not a reason to repeat-start or road-test the motorcycle.
Use the exact-model Atlas Honda throttle free-play and accelerator-control guide for the approximately 2–6 mm grip range verified in all nine current petrol guides, smooth return and steering-position checks, control-danger escalation and a separate non-numeric ICON e electric route.
